Holding a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Toronto, Canada, he serves as Director Marketing of Fazal Group, where he is responsible for formulating and implementing the Group's marketing strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and driving business growth across its diversified operations. The Group comprises Fazal Cloth Mills Ltd., Ahmed Fine Textile Mills Ltd., Fazal Rehman Fabrics Ltd., Hussain Ginneries Ltd., Zafar Nasir Oil Extraction Ltd., Amir Fine Exports (Private) Limited, and Rashid Brothers Associates (Private) Limited. Established in 1936, Fazal Group is one of Pakistan's leading business conglomerates with diversified interests in textiles, edible oil, trading, and investments.

During the financial year 2023–24, the Group achieved a turnover of approximately Rs. 144 billion, including export sales of Rs. 63 billion, reflecting a 24% year-on-year increase in revenue, while providing employment to approximately 12,500 people across its manufacturing facilities located in and around Multan.

In addition to its business achievements, the Group remains firmly committed to corporate social responsibility through sustained investments in healthcare and education. Under the Fazal Rehman Foundation, it operates a 50-bed charitable hospital providing free medical services to deserving communities and has made significant contributions to the healthcare sector by renovating the emergency wards of Nishtar Hospital, Multan and the Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology (CPEIC), financing the expansion of the Angiography Laboratory at CPEIC, and donating a three-storey Reception and Recovery Block adjacent to the Central Operation Theatre at Nishtar Hospital. The Group has also partnered with the CARE Foundation to provide quality education to approximately 500 underprivileged children by donating the land and building for the CARE Model School at Qadirpur Rawan, Multan, while continuing to finance its monthly operating expenses.
