Rehman Naseem

Mr. Rehman Naseem is a prominent Pakistani industrialist and strategic business leader who serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Fazal Group, steering the Group’s strategic vision, business transformation, and long-term growth. Holding a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University, New York, he returned to Pakistan in 1991 to join the family business and has since played a defining role in strengthening its industrial capabilities, expanding its business portfolio, and advancing its position in Pakistan’s textile industry. Fazal Group comprises Fazal Cloth Mills Limited, Ahmed Fine Textile Mills Limited, Hussain Ginneries Limited, Fazal Holding (Private) Limited, and Fazal Farms (Private) Limited.

Over more than three decades, Mr. Rehman Naseem has led Fazal Group’s evolution into a vertically integrated enterprise spanning cotton ginning, spinning, weaving, towel manufacturing, home textile, international trading, agriculture, and livestock. His leadership has strengthened operational capabilities, diversified the Group’s business interests, and reinforced its position in Pakistan’s industrial and textile sectors.

His strategic vision focuses on technological advancement, value addition, sustainability, and export-led growth. He is spearheading major investment initiatives to expand production capacity, diversify into technical and performance textiles, develop high-value consumer-oriented manufacturing capabilities, and strengthen the Group’s renewable energy footprint through solar power projects.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Rehman Naseem has contributed to institutional development through prominent governance roles in healthcare, energy, and industrial development. His affiliations include Mukhtar A. Sheikh Hospital, Nishtar Medical University, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power Company, Punjab Thermal Power Company, Punjab Industrial Estates Development Company, and Multan Electric Power Company.
