Naveed Amer

Mr. Naveed Amer is a Director of Ahmed Fine Textile Mills Limited and has been associated with the Company since 1993. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and possesses over three decades of extensive experience in the textile industry, with particular expertise in finance and commercial management.

Since joining the Company, Mr. Amer has played a pivotal role in its growth and transformation into one of Pakistan’s leading integrated textile manufacturers. He has been instrumental in strengthening the Company’s financial management, commercial operations, and strategic decision-making, contributing significantly to its operational expansion, modernization initiatives, and sustained business growth.

As the Board member responsible for Finance & Commercial affairs, Mr. Amer provides strategic oversight of the Company’s financial planning, treasury, commercial operations, banking relationships, risk management, and business development activities. His sound financial acumen, commercial insight, and commitment to operational excellence have been key drivers in enhancing the Company’s competitiveness and long-term value creation.

Mr. Amer also contributes actively to the Board’s deliberations on corporate strategy, governance, and sustainable growth initiatives, ensuring that the Company continues to achieve its business objectives while delivering value to its shareholders and other stakeholders.
