Amin Rehman

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BBA), majoring in Finance, from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, where he earned Dean's List recognition for academic excellence, Mr. Amin Rehman Fazal joined Fazal Group as a Director in January 2025. He currently oversees the Group's spinning operations and leads strategic expansion initiatives, focusing on operational excellence, modernization, and sustainable growth. Under his leadership, the spinning division has undertaken modernization programs, strengthened High Volume Instrument (HVI)-based cotton management practices, and enhanced production efficiency through data-driven yield optimization.

He is also spearheading the Group's diversification into higher-value textile products and adjacent industrial sectors while working closely with the executive leadership on project evaluation, capital allocation, international partnerships, and long-term growth strategy. Prior to joining Fazal Group full-time, he gained valuable international experience in investment management, banking, and technology-driven businesses. At Vantage Point Asset Management, Singapore, he conducted valuation modelling, sector analysis, and macroeconomic research for global equity investments. Earlier in his career, he contributed to the development of a feasibility and valuation model for a new towel manufacturing project at Fazal Cloth Mills Ltd.

As a Director of Fazal Group, which comprises Fazal Cloth Mills Ltd., Ahmed Fine Textile Mills Ltd., Hussain Ginneries Ltd., Fazal Holding (Private) Limited, and Fazal Farms (Private) Limited, he plays an instrumental role in strengthening the Group's competitive position through innovation, technology adoption, and strategic business expansion while contributing to its long-term sustainable growth.
